Lemon Zinger Vinaigrette

  • 1/2 cup Eureka Lemon Fused Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Sicilian Lemon Aged White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 inch slice of fresh ginger, peeled and minced
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • Pink Pepper, ground, to taste
  • Lemon Sea Salt to taste

*Whisk all ingredients until combined

Serves 6 to 8
